What To Prepare
A brief clinical summary — relevant history, presenting concerns, and current treatment focus (you don't need to share identifying details).
The stuck point — what's not moving, what feels uncertain, or what's pulling at your clinical attention
Your working hypothesis — what do you currently think is happening? This doesn't need to be polished — half-formed thinking is welcome
Your consultation question — what do you most want from the group? Feedback on conceptualization, intervention ideas, help with the relationship, or simply a place to think out loud are all valid starting points

Dr. Amy Fehlberg, Phd
Clinical Psychologist and Shoreline Psycotherapy
Dr. Amy Fehlberg, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with decades of experience across hospitals, schools, community mental health, and private practice. She is the founder of Shoreline Psychology and an instructor at the University of Utah School of Medicine. A significant portion of her clinical work involves treating chronically suicidal individuals — work she finds deeply rewarding. She is equally passionate about helping other clinicians build the knowledge, confidence, and grounding they need to show up fully for their most vulnerable clients.
The Consultation Hour
Good consultation makes better clinicians — and better clinicians makes better care. It's that simple. The Consultation Hour is free because we believe access to high-quality peer consultation shouldn't depend on your budget, your credential level, or whether you happen to work in a well-resourced setting. Too many clinicians are doing hard work in isolation, without a reliable space to think alongside someone else. We want to change that. This is also an invitation. The Consultation Room is being built for practitioners who take their clinical development seriously — and we want you to be part of it. Come meet Dr. Fehlberg. Bring a real case.

Consultation is one of the most powerful tools a clinician has. We're keeping it free and accessible because your growth matters — and so does the care you provide.
Cases will be held with confidentiality and professional care. All participants are expected to maintain the privacy of cases shared within the group.
